Location: Rugby
Hours: Part-time - 24 hours per week
Pay: £13.75 per hour

I am looking for a Care and Compliance Coordinator to join an established, friendly, and dedicated team at a welcoming supported living service in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding role that combines rota coordination, compliance oversight, and hands-on support.

What you'll need to bring:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience coordinating rotas in a care setting
  • A background in a CQC-regulated environment as a senior, team leader, or deputy
  • Willingness to occasionally provide personal care and positive behaviour support
  • Confidence using online rota systems and Microsoft 365

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating and managing staff rotas
  • Updating care and support plans
  • Conducting incident reporting, safeguarding, and investigations
  • Writing reports and meeting with professionals
  • Carrying out internal audits, risk assessments, and spot checks
  • Overseeing medication audits and daily MAR sheet checks
  • Ensuring training is up to date and logged
  • Supporting with fire safety, health, and safety, and CQC compliance
  • Collaborating closely with staff and the people we support
