Mindler AB is hiring a Care Administrator in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for patients and therapists across NHS Talking Therapies, Adults Mental Health Service, and The Sandbox, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager UK, join a team of about 8 in Cambridge, and work on a hybrid model with 2–3 days on-site. The role offers a salary of £25,000 FTE and is a 6-month FTC.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Solid IT skills with Google Workspace and Zendesk.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with SOPs and legal requirements.
• Experience in customer service or patient-facing roles.
• Familiarity with NHS systems (iaptus, NHS Mail, PCMIS) or large databases would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Process referrals from NHS, private companies, and patients via bespoke systems.
• Answer calls and queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy.
• Manage patient communications through Zendesk and SMS; escalate issues as needed.
• Liaise with NHS and private services and collaborate across teams.
• Support projects, manage waiting lists, and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Adhere to information governance guidelines to maintain confidentiality.
• Support patients across all three services using multiple communication methods.
