Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and assist with questions or concerns.
2. Create pre-registration accounts for all new and established patients.
3. Verify, collect, and update required information.

Qualifications:

1. High School or higher education.
2. One year of customer service experience.
3. Knowledge of medical terminology is recommended.
4. Prior phone customer service or bookkeeping experience is recommended.
