Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Cardiovascular Marketing Strategy Manager, to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge, on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:
£30.00 per hour PAYE.

Cardiovascular Marketing Strategy Manager Role:

  • Supports the build and delivery of the brand HCP and Patient strategy and plan to drive success and growth of the brand.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with the cross-functional Brand Team members to ensure unified brand strategy.
  • Leverages omnichannel capabilities and rapid, personalized content creation processes to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Supports financial assumptions, forecasting and brand spend.
  • Contributes to the development of strategic development and implementation of tactical plan for brand and launch strategies, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy through close working relationships with cross functional and field teams.

Your Background:
  • Experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, omnichannel campaign design (personal, & non-personal), customer journey design, marketing operations, campaign management and tactical implementation.
  • Experience in omnichannel planning and digital communications would be advantageous.
  • Proven record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams to prioritize competing business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements; recognized as an influential leader with credibility in stakeholder management and expectation management.
  • Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
