Job summary

UNSW invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellow (Exercise Physiology) based at the UNSW Campus, Kensington, Australia. The role supports clinical trials and research projects within the School of Health Sciences and requires a PhD in physiology or related fields.

The Fellow will deliver high-impact research, develop an independent program, supervise HDRs, and engage with industry partnerships. Hybrid work requires a minimum 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Requires a PhD in physiology, exercise physiology, cardiovascular science, biomedical science or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in integrative or cardiovascular physiology techniques in humans.
• Commitment to ongoing knowledge updates and research excellence.

• Conduct high-quality research and lead scholarly outputs.
• Develop an independent research program and pursue competitive funding.
• Contribute to teaching, tutoring or HDR supervision.
