Position: Cardiology Nurse

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Cardiology Nurse to join our existing day team of RVNs, PCAs, and a specialist-led referral team. We actively support professional development, with several team members holding postgraduate qualifications.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client and referring practice communication and service
• Care for patients with compassion and patience during diagnostic investigations
• Work independently when needed, while maintaining strong teamwork within the cardiology team and hospital departments
• Support clinicians with computer-based tasks such as sending ECG recordings and arranging lab tests
• Assist with triaging referral caseloads and conducting wellbeing calls for long-term patients

Candidate Requirements

• RVN qualification with a solid understanding of cardiology
• Confidence in supporting cardiology procedures following a comprehensive induction
• Willingness to develop skills in applying monitoring equipment like Holter monitors
