Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our very busy Cardiology booking office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient general administration day-to-day support to the department.
  • Manage referrals and appointments and liaise with patients and other general administrative duties.
  • Work as part of the administration team and provide cross-cover during periods of staff absence within the team and other teams within the Directorate as required.
  • Work within core hours of 8am to 6pm, aligned to service requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Flexible attitude, methodical approach, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload; general clerical and office experience; excellent computer skills; good organisational skills; proactive team player.
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information and use discretion; able to manage workload independently.
