A healthcare organization in London is seeking an experienced Band 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) specializing in cardiac care. The role involves prescribing, patient assessment, and collaboration with consultants, emphasizing professional development and a well-supported team environment. Candidates must be registered nurses with relevant qualifications and experience in cardiac care. Flexible working options available.
We are seeking and experienced Band 7 ACP who has obtained a formal physical assessment course and prescribing qualification. Consideration will be given if applicants are currently undertaking the prescribing course.
The successful candidates will work on a rota and cover Cardiology ward areas clerking and discharging patients, cannulation, phlebotomy, prescribing, active ward round participant and working in collaboration with Consultants in outpatient clinics.Successful candidates will be expected to compose electronic discharge amongst other extended roles affiliated with the four pillars of advanced practice.
We have a very well established Nurse Practitioner service currently with fifteen members of staff in post but are looking to further develop and expand our current team.
