Job Description

This is an opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic person to represent Cardiff Street Pastors and to take responsibility for the promotion, management and co-ordination of the Street Pastors Initiative in Cardiff.

Part time Post - 3 days per week. (Interviews for this role are taking place on 17th January 2025).

Key Duties:
  • To organise and manage the rota for Cardiff Street Pastors.
  • To oversee the recruitment, training and ongoing support of Street Pastors and Night Base volunteers.
  • To work with teams to ensure high standards of patrols on the streets.
  • To monitor the compliance of individual Street Pastors and Night Base volunteers with the required standards of behaviour.
  • To carry out administrative duties in line with established procedures.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems.
