Job summary

GI Group Main Account in Cardiff is seeking Production Operatives for an ongoing rework project at a well-known manufacturing site. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with immediate starts, consistent weekday hours, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities for reliable candidates.

You will sort and palletise, decant and re-sort products, rebuild pallets for dispatch, and perform repetitive production and packing tasks while following all site Health & Safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, warehouse or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to start ASAP.
• Safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and organising pallets.
• Decanting and re-sorting products.
• Rebuilding pallets and preparing items for dispatch.
• Repetitive production and packing tasks.
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures.
• Working safely in a busy production environment.
