Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking Production Operatives for a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment in Aldridge. The position is temporary with potential for permanent opportunities and offers ongoing work with weekly pay.

You will operate bespoke cardboard manufacturing machinery (full training provided), assemble packaging to specification, and perform quality checks. A team-focused, reliable, and physically fit candidate is preferred, with the ability to meet daily

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production is preferred but not essential.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of cardboard packaging, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering ongoing work with the potential for permanent opportunities.

Key Duties

Operating bespoke cardboard manufacturing machinery (full training provided)

Assembling cardboard packaging products to specification

Using hand-held tools such as staple guns and glue guns

Carrying out quality checks

Packing finished products

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Meeting daily production targets

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production (preferred but not essential)

Comfortable using hand tools

Reliable and punctual

Able to work as part of a team

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
