A community health services trust in Reading is seeking a Band 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Administrator. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Cardiac Rehabilitation programme. Candidates should have previous administrative experience and strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers a friendly work environment and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Cardiac Rehabilitation Administrator based at Coley Clinic in Reading, working 37.5 hours/week.
You will be an experienced administrator, with good organisational, communication and time management skills.
As part of the Berkshire West Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service, you will provide comprehensive administrative/secretarial support to the delivery of Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR). The role includes: managing appointments for the CR programme, liaising with the patient and the CR team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, data entry onto National audits and maintaining relevant patient information resources.
As a team player, you will be working with the Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Service as part of the Cardiac and Respiratory Specialist Services (CARSS) including the Heart Function Service and Respiratory Service, all based at Coley Clinic. Your energy and drive will be rewarded with the support of a dedicated team that strives to create a progressive, friendly and considerate environment.
Work as part of an integrated team providing community based Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Work as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation team to arrange assessment of patients and enrolment onto the Cardiac Rehabilitation programme.
To provide administrative support to the clinical team, ensuring efficient delivery of the Cardiac Rehabilitation service.
