Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cardiac Physiologist based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
An opportunity has arisen within Clinical Physiology for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within this progressive multidisciplinary department. The role provides Cardiology and Respiratory services.
Candidates should have experience of and be competent in a wide range of invasive and non-invasive cardiology investigations, including diagnostic cardiac catheterisation. The post holder will have a role in Exercise Tolerance Tests providing input to the Chest Pain Assessment Unit and Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinics, also analyse and report a high number of 24 – 72 hour monitors which includes input to the Physiologist led Arrhythmia Pathway Service. The candidate would be required to have excellent communication skills. Potholder would be required to work closely with staff within the purpose built Acute Cardiac Care Unit and Cardiac Day Unit
