Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Diagnostic Radiographer to join the Cardiac and Interventional Radiology team at Basildon. The role covers multiple dedicated interventional labs and a hybrid theatre for vascular cases, with ongoing opportunities for professional development.

The position is Band 6, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, including on-call commitment. HCPC registration and relevant radiography experience are essential for selection.

Qualifications

• Current HCPC UK registration.
• BSc (Hons) or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Evidence of post graduation CPD in specialist area.

Responsibilities

• Work within Cardiac Cath Labs with interventional PCI labs, electrophysiology/devices, and structural/devices labs.
• Support interventional radiology suites including vascular and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Contribute to on-call emergency rota as part of the role.
