An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative nurse to join NHS Fife’s Community Cardiac Specialist Nurse Team as a Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist.
The Cardiac CNS Service operates Monday to Friday during business hours, providing holistic and evidence-based specialist care to individuals diagnosed with various cardiac conditions across Fife. The service has bases at Stratheden Hospital and Lynebank Hospital, with the successful candidate based at Stratheden but working across Fife as required. Responsibilities include the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of the service to enhance management, treatment, and support for patients with cardiac conditions and their families. The aim is to support self-management, improve quality of life, and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
