Job Description:

What you will do:

• Develop and nurture important connections with both internal and external partners.

• Building, maintaining and owning key relationships with card scheme, external card suppliers, card outsource vendors and card authorisation platform

• Ensure all supplier governance is completed in line with contractual obligations and internal policies, including but not limited to SLA’s, costs, budget, service reviews and change

• Arrange, attend and facilitate service reviews and other meetings, maintaining detailed action logs, updates, and completion criteria

• Track and forecast card usage across our whole card portfolio, being responsible for ensuring our card embosser have sufficient card stock and stationary to meet our customer’s needs

• Identify areas of fragmented work related to cards within Metro Bank, conducting thorough analysis and proposing strategies for work migration, including sites, training materials, and process documentation

• Develop comprehensive change plans for Operations, covering areas such as AMAZE Direct, Store, Payments, Card Operations and Fraud

What you will need:

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders

• Experience with card issuance.

• Strong understanding of card schemes.

• Previous use of TSYS or similar card platform.

• Understanding of resource and planning for large-scale operational business areas.

• Previous history of managing external vendors
