Job Description:
  1. Role: Spanish Speaking Remediation - Country Manager - UK
  2. Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
  3. Responsibilities:
  • Excellent Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with clients in America.
  • Good understanding of the cards and payments processing lifecycle, including issuing and acquiring.
  • Experience working with schemes/networks such as VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, CUP, JCB, etc.
  • Ability to proactively resolve client business and technical problems with strong leadership and autonomy.
  • Documenting requirements critical to achieving business objectives, including defining project scope and impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of the card scheme ecosystem involving merchants, acquirers, networks, and PSPs.
  • Adaptability to change and evolving demands.
  • Review data, deliver operational business reviews, and recommend opportunities to merchants, demonstrating data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
  • Manage technical communications with clients’ technical teams, project teams, customer service, and senior management.
