JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced card room supervisor looking for a new opportunity? Can you ensure that all legal and compliance requirements are adhered to during the daily operation of the card room?

We have a vacancy for a card room supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing a schedule to maximise the revenue and ensure that all the relevant gaming legislation, regulations, guidelines, and company policies are adhered to. Providing great customer service and building professional relationships.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Friendly, yet professional with excellent customer service skills.
  • Setting and maintaining the highest standards of presentation for the card room.
  • Holding a full and detailed knowledge and understanding of all relevant gaming legislation, regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Supervise tournaments and cash games daily or as required by the schedule.
  • Implement a schedule and maximise revenue.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the local poker business and competitor activity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Personal Functional License (PFL) required.
