We are seeking an exceptional Carbon Scientist to join our dedicated team.

Requirements include a minimum MSc in environmental science, ecology, forestry, or a related field, along with extensive experience in GIS analysis, developing MRV protocols for farm/forest-based carbon measurement, and implementing remote-sensing systems. Familiarity with IPCC Guidelines for Greenhouse Gas Inventories, developing models for carbon stock change, and analyzing large datasets in land-based, forestry, and agricultural systems is essential. Skills in applying mathematical equations like allometry for biomass estimation and research experience in forestry and soil ecosystems are required. Knowledge of standards such as LSRG, SBTi FLAG, and VERRA is also necessary.

This role is fully remote but involves international travel and potential attendance at the United Nations Conference of Parties (CoP).
