Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production planning, scheduling and coordination.
• Proficiency with project support tools and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production with engineers from enquiry to project plan, ensuring timelines and risks are managed.
• Monitor production schedules and KPIs using available tools to ensure timely project delivery.
• Chair production meetings, report deficiencies and drive actions for improvements in projects.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders across the production process.
• Apply quality and safety standards, aligning processes with company policies and manufacturing guidelines.
• Complete training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
