Job summary

Neutreeno, a Cambridge-born emissions-to-performance platform, seeks a Carbon Analysis Engineer to automate how emissions insights reach customers. You’ll build scalable data pipelines at the intersection of emissions science and data engineering, and ensure accuracy across industrial processes, from jet engines to energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with Python-based tooling and building pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and PR workflow.
• 1+ year of experience with carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, CBAM, PACT).
• Experience in industrial decarbonisation specification and modelling.

Responsibilities

• Own and automate the customer data delivery pipeline from ingestion to analysis.
• Deliver end-to-end automation of data pipelines to be scalable and auditable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new reporting features for decarbonisation insights.
• Contribute to methodology tracking and support commercial queries related to reporting.
