Solus is seeking an experienced valet to support our accident repair operations. You will work in a fast-paced workshop environment, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, checked for defects, and delivered back to customers promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar valet role, ideally in a Bodyshop environment.
• Enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.
• Able to stay busy and maintain high standards of presentation.

Responsibilities

• Check daily lists and ensure cars are cleaned and ready for delivery, inspecting repaired areas.
• Move cars as needed; a valid driving licence is required.
• Perform a full light and fluid check on every vehicle before release to customers.
• Prioritise courtesy cars to keep them clean and available for delivery.
• Maintain courtesy car fleet and complete the correct paperwork, following Health and Safety guidelines.
• Follow set procedures and guidelines in all tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace and pressure of an accident repair environment and takes pride in organisation and a attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

Our car valets are kept busy in this role to get our customers back on the road quickly. We'd love you bring your previous experience to this role. You will work within a team of car valets reporting to the workshop controller or office manager.

• You will have responsibility for checking daily lists and ensuring cars are cleaned and ready to be returned to customers. Checking all your cars for defects during the valet process paying attention to the repaired areas

• You will be required to move cars, so a driving licence will be necessary in this role.

• You will perform a full light and fluid check on every vehicle before being released for delivery. Preparing equipment.

• Prioritise your decisions to ensure courtesy cars are clean and available for delivery.

• Maintain courtesy car fleet to a high standard. Perform checks on vehicles and complete the correct paperwork. Ensuring all your tasks are carried out within the Health and Safety guidelines

• You will also need the ability to follow set procedures and follow guidelines.
