Car Supermarket Selling Controller

Stoke on Trent

Uncapped Commission Earnings - realistic OTE up to £48K.

5 Days a Week 10am-7pm

We are looking for an experienced used car Sales Controller/manager who has worked within a supermarket environment, someone who is used to the buzz of an extremely busy site and can wear many hats for guiding the team with their targets to mentoring the team with sales techniques to auditing the financial documents. You need to be highly motivated with overall responsibility for the performance of the site. With a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you'll guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale.

What skills / experience will get you an interview?

1. The ability to mentor and lead others
2. A willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (training provided)
3. Experience in volume used car sales management (Must Have)
4. A professional appearance
5. Hit own sales targets

This role offers you:

1. £28K salary plus uncapped commission
