Uncapped Commission Earnings - realistic OTE up to 48K uncapped

42.5 Hour Contract 5 Days a Week Only Mon-Fri 10am-7pm Sat 10am-6pm Sun 10am-4pm

Love cars and a master of sales? Then look no further!

Working with one of the country's market leaders in used car sales, you'll be highly motivated with overall responsibility for the performance of the site. With a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you'll guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale.

General Responsibilities:
  1. Step up to General Manager responsibilities during absences from site
  2. Review the performance of the sales team
  3. Guide the sales team to meet sales targets and upsell value-added products
  4. Mentor the sales team in closing deals
  5. Audit deal presentations and identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
  7. Exceed monthly sales targets
  8. Hit your own sales targets
To be considered, you must have:
  1. The ability to mentor and lead others
  2. Outstanding customer service skills
  3. A keen eye for detail
  4. A willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (training provided)
  5. Experience in volume used car sales management (Must Have)
  6. A professional appearance
This role offers:

28K salary plus uncapped commission
