Salary: 30-35k basic, OTE 60-70k

Are you currently looking for a new role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Manager to join a busy main dealer in Winchester, Hampshire.

We are working with a main car dealership seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.

You will be currently working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a management background and a successful track record.

You must demonstrate outstanding qualities, achievements, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, highly professional, and capable of running a successful sales operation while progressing their career.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
2. Work in an environment focused on profit and commercial awareness.
3. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to team members to maximize potential and build a focused sales team.
4. Ensure exceptional customer service to maximize customer satisfaction.
5. Follow the sales process consistently to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Liaise with manufacturers to meet volume, CSI, and other targets.

Requirements for a Car Sales Manager:

1. Ability to provide direction and motivate others.
2. A passion for success and achieving objectives.
3. Excellent communication skills at all levels; assertive, professional, and dynamic.
4. Strong management and leadership skills with adaptability to maximize team and individual performance.
5. Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and manage schedules effectively.
6. A full and valid UK driving license is required.
