My client, an established main dealership, is looking for a Car Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in your area.

Your duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:

1. The day-to-day running of the Sales Department
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
3. Sales Management
4. Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
5. Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer-focused, highly motivated, target-driven, possess strong organisational and management skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
