Sales Manager

Franchised Motor Dealership

Basic - 40k
OTE - 64k
Weekend on weekend off with a day of during the week.

Our well respected motor trade client is seeking a New and Used Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership in the Manchester area, main dealer experience is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager
Leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
Working to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and online
To ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibility
Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
Collating finance proposals for customers
To ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.

Skills/Experience
FCA Accredited
Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
Commercial awareness and financial analysis
Good understanding of the Used Car market place
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
A calm and professional manner
IT literate & full UK driving licence
