New Car Sales Manager

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and successful New Car Sales Manager within one of their stunning dealerships.

Working closely with a team of Sales Executives, you will ensure they deliver exceptional service that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Your role will involve managing and guiding the customer through all stages of the finance process, ensuring they understand the options available.

You should have a natural ability to create instant rapport with customers to build long-lasting relationships and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven experience at this level is required, along with a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day operations of the New Car Sales department.
2. Stock control, used car valuations, competitor analysis, and pricing.
3. Forecourt display, internet advertising, and deal generation.
4. Driving the sales team forward to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will be a high-performing, dynamic New Car Sales Manager with a proven track record of success and capable of maximizing every opportunity.

Previous sales management experience in a main dealership environment is essential.

Salary:

£35,000 Basic
£55,000 OTE Uncapped
