We are working with a main car dealership seeking a forward-thinking, experienced Car Sales Manager to join their team.

You will be currently working as a Sales Manager within the motor trade, with a background in management and an excellent and successful track record.

You must demonstrate outstanding qualities, achievements, and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional, managing a successful sales operation and looking to progress their career.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Working in an environment focused on profit and commercial awareness.
  3. Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members of all levels to maximize potential and create a strong, focused sales team.
  4. Maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  5. Ensuring the sales process is followed to maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Liaising with the manufacturer to achieve volume, CSI, and other targets.
