We are working with a large prestige car dealership that is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager.

This position reports to the General Sales Manager.

You will currently be working as a Sales Manager and must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role. You will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You should be dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional in your approach.

Sales Manager Role:

  1. Driving the performance of the sales executives to achieve targets and business volume objectives.
  2. Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses, and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly.
  3. Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department.
  4. Customer satisfaction and retention are vital focuses for the position.

As a Car Sales Manager, you:

  1. Must be in a Sales Manager role with at least 2 years of experience at a franchised car dealership.
  2. Will have a passion for success and achieving objectives.
  3. Will be a highly organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively.
  4. Will have previous experience in effectively managing, coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team to ensure industry-leading performance standards throughout the department.
  5. Be an excellent communicator at all levels, assertive, professional, and dynamic.
  6. Possess excellent customer service skills.

Package:

  • Basic Salary of up to £42,000
  • OTE circa £80,000
