Lookers in Bishop's Stortford is recruiting an ambitious Sales Executive to join our on-site team. You will specialise in either new or used car sales and work with a passionate sales group to deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to achieve targets, and show a genuine enthusiasm for cars. A full UK driving licence is required; motor-trade experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit targets; hard-working and ambitious.
• Previous experience in a similar role and in the motor trade is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required as some roles involve driving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person.
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Negotiating the final price for the sale.
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.
• Liaising with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all our customers.
