Job summary

webuyanycar in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Leicester to join the team. You will work 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating schedule, including weekends, with the opportunity to earn a base salary plus bonus based on company performance.

No prior car knowledge is required as training is provided; you will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving targets, and building lasting client relationships within a market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the smooth running of branches; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise diary to secure appointments and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues to coordinate goals.
