Lakaz Maurice is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive in Basingstoke. The role offers a base salary and a lucrative OTE, with training provided and a potential company car after six months, subject to tenure and age requirements.

Key duties include delivering excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, and working with colleagues to reach sales targets. Monday–Friday hours, with Saturdays and Sundays on a rotation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A valid UK driver’s license is essential.
