Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives play a vital role in delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service at every step.

About The Role

Sytner Select Warrington is seeking individuals with a background in customer service or sales. Your role will involve communicating with customers to understand their needs and support them through the process of buying a new car.

Our Sales Executives work flexible hours, often including weekends, to provide the highest level of service. Alongside a salary and an achievable OTE of £35,007, benefits include subsidised manufacturer car schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague referral scheme, discounted gym memberships, and discounts with popular retailers.

About You

You should have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service. A full UK driving license is advantageous. Please note, automotive sales experience is required for this role.

Successful candidates will be invited to an assessment centre, with details provided after the role closes. An upcoming Recruitment Open Event will be held on Monday, 14th July 2025.
