Car Sales Executive Required in Poole, Dorset

Details:

• Volume Main Dealership
• £20,000 Basic Salary, £45,000 OTE!
• Company Car included
• 1 Weekend off a month
• Monday to Saturday with alternate Sundays
• Day off in the week

Our client, a volume main car dealer, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their team in a fast-paced working environment in the Poole area.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an outstanding track record in motor vehicle sales, be dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Previous main dealer sales experience is preferred but not essential. Our client values individuals with a stable work history and some experience in sales or customer service, as they provide excellent training to develop the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discuss customer needs and vehicle features with sound knowledge
• Negotiate sale prices, including trade-in values
• Arrange finance payments, including cash and loans
• Meet sales targets
• Organize test drives
