1. Experience within the Motor Trade as a Sales Executive
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Proven track record of meeting sales objectives
4. Determination to succeed and drive performance daily
5. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
6. Highly motivated with a competitive drive
7. Smart appearance and well-organized

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles
2. Achieve and maintain high levels of new and used vehicle sales, including add-on sales
3. Maximize every sales opportunity for repeat and new business
4. Hold a valid UK driving licence
