Location: Eastbourne

Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 (uncapped)

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity

My client, a well–established and respected main dealer in Eastbourne, is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their friendly, high–performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast–paced environment, and is looking to build a long–term career in the automotive sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Guiding customers through the sales process, including finance options and paperwork
  • Offering test drives and building rapport with both new and returning customers
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets within a collaborative culture
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service throughout

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn–car sales experience is not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A team player with a passion for delivering great service
  • Full UK driving licence is required
