We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our well-established and successful dealership team in Coventry. Listers ŠKODA Coventry is one of the largest ŠKODA retailers in the UK, with ŠKODA UK achieving a remarkable 2024 with increased UK registrations and a record 4% market share. The working hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £50,000.
As a Sales Executive at Listers, you will ensure that each customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your goal is to match customers with suitable cars, features, and add-ons, and to guide them through financing and contracts, ensuring total satisfaction throughout the process.
You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through proper qualification and creating a positive first impression. You will maximize opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries. Achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products is essential. Additionally, you will adhere to FCA and data protection regulations by accurately capturing customer and vehicle data to enhance our customer database quality.
This role may suit individuals with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You should demonstrate a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets, establish rapport quickly with customers, and have the potential to build a successful career in the industry. A valid UK driver's license is required. Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
