Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Controller to join our Client's busy well established dealership in Dunstable.
Offering the successful Car Sales Controller On Target Earnings of £40,000.
The hours of work for this role are 5.5 day working weeks.

Benefits:

1. Basic Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £40,000+
3. Working days: 5.5 day working week (flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with the management team to ensure a profitable car sales operation
2. Second Facing Customers if required
3. Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department
4. Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.

Requirements:

1. Have a proven track record within a Car Sales Controller role
2. Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
3. Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
