Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to stay motivated.
• Full driving licence held for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers.
• Selling the right sales package (finance to servicing) with integrity.
• Co-ordinating order and delivery of vehicles; keeping everything running smoothly.
• Meeting monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
• Working with a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
• Staying in touch with customers to provide great aftersales service.
