We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New and Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, delivering an exceptional experience from initial contact to final sale. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options.

• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values with customers while maintaining dealership profitability.

• Complete all required documentation and ensure a smooth sales process.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor and vehicle lot.

• Stay current with automotive trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Competitive base salary plus commission
