Job Title – Car Rental Sales Executive – Heathrow Airport (Flagship Location)

Job Location – Heathrow Airport

Salaries Available –

  • Permanent Position – £17,457 plus commission (£30k plus OTE)
  • Key Time Worker – Zero hour contract – £8.91 per hour plus commission (£25k plus OTE)

Shift Pattern – The shifts are 12 hour shifts

  • Week one you work: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Then week two you only work: Wed and Thurs

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling car rental to excited holiday makers and upgrading car rentals that are already booked online.

For example, you will upgrade the car to a luxury car, offer better insurance than already booked, offer child and baby seats, and upsell satellite navigation if needed so the clients don’t get lost on their holiday.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer and convince the client regarding the opportunity of integrating additional products to the rental contract.
  • Achieve targets.
  • Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles, directly or through brokers, to finalize the contract and the attribution of the vehicle following the established procedures.
  • Provide clients with the correct information to finalize the vehicle rental contract.
  • Record on the company’s computer system any client data gathered as well as any relevant information obtained on finalizing the rental contract.
  • Be available and close representative by having correct behavior.
  • Carry out the various operational reports requested.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles, the billing of debtors, GFA of breakdowns, accidents, and other issues.
  • Occasionally control the vehicles by activating the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and managing the objects left behind.
