Qualifications

Job description

Europcar is looking for a Car Rental Returns Agent

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer-facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are seeking a Car Rental Returns Agent at our Edinburgh Airport location to join our vehicle returns team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where the customer is at the center of everything we do. Your responsibilities include providing a world-class customer service experience at every stage of the rental process, including assisting customers in our car parks during vehicle returns.

Previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a calm, professional approach to handling daily challenges in a busy customer environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned promptly.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards, achieving all KPIs in these areas.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

A valid, clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience is required.

Essential skills include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility in working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options available

Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
