Job description

Car PDI Technician
Thames Ditton
£25-32k DOE Plus Bonus
42.5 hours a week - Saturdays are paid at time and a half.

Our well-established main dealer client in Romford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. They are open to technicians of all experience levels. If you are looking to pursue a career within a main dealer, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality technical and diagnostic services to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
  2. Stay up to date with the latest technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
  3. Adhere to both company and manufacturer quality standards
  4. Ensure full compliance with vehicle health check procedures
Required Experience & Skills:
  1. Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  2. Full UK driving license
  3. Proven experience in vehicle inspection, repair, and servicing
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. Previous experience in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)
