Car Parts Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver for Motor Parts Direct, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering car parts to customers in a timely manner. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver car parts to local customers.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Load and unload car parts, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
• Verify delivery orders against documentation for accuracy.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting issues.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Complete delivery paperwork and documentation, including confirmations and customer signatures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a delivery or similar role.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading/unloading.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying orders.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
