This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. • Verify delivery orders against documentation.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle, perform routine inspections, and report maintenance issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team for inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Complete delivery paperwork, including confirmations and customer signatures.
