Car Park/Site Coordinator

Due to the continuing success of Waylands we are looking for a Site Coordinator to join the team at our beautiful Volvo dealership in Bristol.

What’s the Role?

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring customers can easily park their vehicles and that it is easy to enter and exit the site. Your role and responsibilities will include:

• On site vehicle movements of our for sale, demo and customers cars.
• Moving vehicles to and from our nearby compound
• Ensuring the car park is organised and making room for customer parking.
• Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining the car park to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. This will include litter picking, recycling and occasional weeding of the dealership borders.
• Answering the telephone during busy periods and to cover break times.
• Helping customers to park their cars and directing them to the right parking areas
• Dealing with any parking enquiries in a helpful and approachable manner.

• 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm with an hour for lunch) with an opportunity for overtime
• Salary of £22,222.20 (£12.21 per hour)
