Job description

Kinetic Industrial are looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Park Operative to work at a busy retail park in Handforth.

In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and tidy car park environment while ensuring customers always have access to clean, ready-to-use trolleys.

This is a temporary, on-going role with the opportunity to go permanent. You will be required to work 17 hours per week, on an ad-hoc basis with some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Collect trolleys from allocated areas of the car park and return them to the store's pick-up points promptly and efficiently
• Keep trolleys clean, free from litter, and in good working order
• Follow all site rules, Health & Safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• Provide excellent customer service - assisting customers when needed and reporting any incidents or issues
• Help customers locate lost vehicles when required

Requirements

• Able to work varying hours / flexible
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working outdoors and on feet for multiple hours
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow site procedures

Details

• 17 hours per week (overtime available) ADHOC/FLEXIBLE HOURS

• Full training provided (including Health & Safety and equipment use).
