The role

As a Car Park Attendant, you will support our brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will be the first point of contact for customers arriving on site.

Who you are

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Have fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements
  • Willing to spend significant hours outdoors

What you’ll do

  • Use our internal service booking diary to identify arriving customers and direct them appropriately
  • Meet and greet all arriving customers
  • Direct customers to the correct arrival bay
  • Ensure arrival bays are kept clear unless in use
  • Hand over customer keys to the service department for vehicle servicing
