Car Park Attendant - SkyDome in Coventry - Part Time - 16 hours per week - £12.21 per hour

Parking Attendants are a crucial part of our teams. You will be part of the parking team operating at the Sky Dome in Coventry. Your responsibilities include ensuring all users of the car park behave respectfully and appropriately.

What will you do?
  • Resolve customer concerns, patrol the car park, deter crime, and implement traffic control measures.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and safety, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, security, and service for customers, clients, and property.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve on-site customer issues.
  • Perform first-line maintenance of payment machines and other equipment.
  • Assist with revenue transfers and maintain records according to protocols.
